The purpose of FS International S.p.A. website (hereinafter, the ‘Website’, for the sake of brevity) is to provide users with institutional information concerning FS International S.p.A..

FS International is a registered trademark. Company or product trademarks, logos, and distinctive signs appearing on the Website, are the property of FS International S.p.A. or of the other companies belonging to Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group, pursuant to current legislation on industrial property, as set out in Legislative Decree 30 of 10 February 2005 (Industrial Property Code).

Other trademarks and distinctive signs that may appear on the pages of the Website belong to their respective owners.

Reproduction and use, in any context, form and manner, of trademarks, logos and distinctive signs of FS International S.p.A. and of the other companies belonging to FS Italiane Group is expressly prohibited.

FS International S.p.A. informs users that the reproduction and, more generally, the unauthorised use of trademarks and distinctive signs, constitutes a civil offence and may at times fulfil the criteria of a criminal offence punishable under criminal law.

The name ‘FS International’, all the names or trademarks or distinctive signs of FS International and of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group present on the Website and any other name associated with them, may not be used, in part or in full, as internet domain names of other websites, or as part of domain names.

Trademarks, distinctive textual signs, and more generally, terms that can in any way be traced back to them may not even be contained within the html codes of the pages of other sites: their use as metadata (meta-tags, keyword-tags, etc.) by third parties to Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group companies is forbidden.

Links of any sort to the Website should not damage the image and activities of FS Italiane Group.

FS International S.p.A. takes the utmost care and diligence in managing the Website and in checking and updating its content.

However, the texts, information and other data published or accessible via specific forms are for informational purposes only, and are not official, unless otherwise indicated or provided for by current legislation. They are provided ‘as is’, according to availability.

Therefore, also in consideration of the fact that services are provided free of charge, FS International S.p.A. does not provide any guarantee, and indeed disclaims any direct or indirect liability for any inaccuracies, errors, omissions, damages however arising from the aforementioned contents.

The Website may provide links to other websites or other resources available on the Internet. However, FS International S.p.A. has no control over the contents of such websites or resources and, therefore, assumes no liability for the contents, services, information, including advertising, or anything else offered by such external sites or resources.

Although FS International S.p.A. operates with due scrupulousness, it cannot guarantee - and therefore declines all responsibility in this regard - that use of the Website may result in the transmission of viruses or other types of contamination, also due to malicious intervention by third parties.

FS International S.p.A. does not accept or consider unsolicited contributions of any kind or nature whatsoever, including ideas for promotional campaigns, technologies, website graphics or anything else. Therefore, users are expressly requested not to send material of any kind, nor to submit any idea, creative work, or suggestion whatsoever to FS International S.p.A.

Application of these Website Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by Italian law.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Website Terms and Conditions of Use (including those concerning the application, interpretation, effectiveness thereof) shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
